What do you think about men taking part in child-rearing?
There still seem to be many people who want to take part in child-rearing but cannot take parental leave because they worry about how their company will evaluate them. However, child-rearing should not be seen only as a family matter, but should be considered as a problem for society as a whole.
When my daughter was born, thanks to an understanding boss, I was able to take three months of parental leave. While taking care of my child, I truly felt what it means to be a father, and I also came to feel anew the meaning of working. I believe that the experience of raising a child should surely be useful for work as well.

問 お体の具合はいかがですか。
How are you feeling?
1おかげさまで、早く終わりました。
Thanks to you, it finished early.
2おかげさまで、すっかり元気になりました。 ✓
Thanks to you, I've fully recovered.
3おかげさまで、とても美味しかったです。
Thanks to you, it was very delicious.
The other person asks with concern 「お体の具合はいかがですか」 (How are you feeling?), inquiring whether the person's health has improved. おかげさまで、すっかり元気になりました uses 「〜おかげ」 from grammar point 51 to express thanks: "Thanks to you, I've fully recovered," directly answering the other person's concern about the speaker's health. 1 「おかげさまで、早く終わりました」 responds as if something or some work finished early, which is off-topic. 3 「おかげさまで、とても美味しかったです」 responds about food being delicious, which does not fit the context of asking about health at all. The answer is 2.
Grammar in this question
〜おかげさまで:(Grammar point 51) A set polite expression using 「〜おかげ」, meaning "thanks to you."
Key vocabulary
具合 condition (of one's health, etc.)

問 あーあ、あんなこと言うべきじゃなかったかなあ。
Ugh, I wonder if I shouldn't have said something like that.
1うん、言わなかったんじゃない?
Yeah, didn't you not say it?
2これから気をつけるよ。
I'll be careful from now on.
3でも、言ってよかったと思うよ。 ✓
But I think it was good that you said it.
The speaker says regretfully 「あんなこと言うべきじゃなかったかなあ」 (the negative form of 「〜べき」, grammar point 55: I wonder if I shouldn't have said such a thing), in a self-reproaching, regretful tone, asking the listener for an opinion. The most natural response is to give one's own view on the matter: でも、言ってよかったと思うよ (But I think it was good that you said it), which directly answers the speaker's agonizing and offers a comforting opinion. 1 「うん、言わなかったんじゃない?」 (Yeah, didn't you not say it?) contradicts the premise: the speaker is talking about something they did say, not something they didn't. 2 「これから気をつけるよ」 (I'll be careful from now on) is something the speaker themselves would say, so the subject is wrong. The answer is 3.
Grammar in this question
〜べきじゃなかった:(Grammar point 55) The negative of 〜べき, a regretful tone meaning "shouldn't have done ...".

問 遅いですね。山本さんは絶対来るはずなんですが…。
He's late. Mr. Yamamoto should definitely be coming, though...
1じゃ、すぐ来てください。
Then please come right away.
2じゃ、もう少し待ちましょう。 ✓
Then let's wait a little longer.
3絶対来てよかったですね。
It's good that he definitely came, isn't it?
The speaker says 「山本さんは絶対来るはずなんですが…」 (Mr. Yamamoto should definitely be coming, but... , using 「〜はず」 from grammar point 61), in a slightly worried tone because he hasn't arrived yet. The most natural response is to suggest waiting a little longer: じゃ、もう少し待ちましょう (Then let's wait a little longer). 1 「じゃ、すぐ来てください」 is something you would say to Mr. Yamamoto himself, not a response to the speaker, so the person addressed is wrong. 3 「絶対来てよかったですね」 presupposes that he has already come, which contradicts the context of "he hasn't arrived yet." The answer is 2.
Grammar in this question
〜はず:(Grammar point 61) 「来るはず」 = "should be coming" (a confident inference).

問 予定が変わったらすぐ連絡するべきだったんじゃない?
Shouldn't you have contacted me right away when the plan changed?
1はい、これから気をつけます。 ✓
Yes, I'll be careful from now on.
2はい、すぐ連絡してよかったです。
Yes, I'm glad I contacted you right away.
3じゃあ、お願いします。
Then, please do it.
The other person uses 「〜べきだった」 from grammar point 55 to reproach: 「予定が変わったらすぐ連絡するべきだったんじゃない?」 (Shouldn't you have contacted me right away when the plan changed?), in a critical, reminding tone. The most natural response is to admit the oversight and say you will do better: はい、これから気をつけます (Yes, I'll be careful from now on). 2 「はい、すぐ連絡してよかったです」 presupposes that you did contact them right away, which contradicts the context of being criticized for not doing so. 3 「じゃあ、お願いします」 is off-topic. The answer is 1.
Grammar in this question
〜べきだった:(Grammar point 55) A tone of regret or reproach about something that should have been done but wasn't.
Key vocabulary

問 手伝おうか?一人じゃ大変じゃない?
Shall I help you? It's hard to do alone, isn't it?
1いえ、大丈夫です。 ✓
No, I'm fine.
2はい、手伝いますよ。
Yes, I'll help.
3はい、おかげさまで。
Yes, thanks to you.
The other person offers 「手伝おうか?」 (Shall I help?), which is an offer of help. The most natural response is to politely decline: いえ、大丈夫です (No, I'm fine). 2 「はい、手伝いますよ」 has the wrong speaker: it means "I will help you," but the person offering to help is the one who asked. 3 「はい、おかげさまで」 (grammar point 51, "yes, thanks to you") is used to express thanks in reply to help already received or to someone's concern about your condition, so it does not correspond to an offer of "shall I help?". The answer is 1.
Grammar in this question
〜おかげさまで:(Grammar point 51) "Thanks to you," used in response to someone's concern or help already received; the usage here does not fit.

問 こちらのお部屋はいかがですか。
How about this room?
1もっと安い部屋がいいですか。
Do you want a cheaper room?
2そんな安い部屋はありませんよ。
There's no room that cheap, you know.
3もっと安い部屋、ありませんか。 ✓
Don't you have a cheaper room?
The other person (a real estate agent) asks 「こちらのお部屋はいかがですか」 (How about this room?), inquiring about the customer's opinion of the room. The most natural response is for the customer to state their own request: もっと安い部屋、ありませんか (Don't you have a cheaper room?), which uses 「〜ませんか」 from grammar point 53 to politely make a request. 1 「もっと安い部屋がいいですか」 turns the question around and asks the other person whether they want a cheaper room, so the speaker is wrong (it should be the customer, not the agent). 2 「そんな安い部屋はありませんよ」 is something the agent would say, which does not match the customer's position. The answer is 3.
Grammar in this question
〜ませんか:(Grammar point 53, related form) Here 「〜ありませんか」 is a polite question used to make a request, not to seek agreement. 「もっと安い部屋、ありませんか」 = "Don't you have a cheaper room?"
Key vocabulary
部屋 room
